Purple Haze - First Pub to visit!

"Purple Haze"

Haaaa.. the name says it all. The first pub visited by me and this place carries lots of sentiments for me.
The "Haze" of cigars,mari*****,cigs,s**** all around you,how can you feel depressed here.

The smoke filled air carrying hard rock music,the vibrating chairs(coz of loud music not of termites!),the crowd filled Fridays,head banging boys,Vodka sippings babes,corner cuddling couples...these are the things you see when you step into it on Friday-Sunday nights.

This place not only serves beer but also all kind of alcohols from Tequilla to vodka to rum to girly cocktails and mocktails. Also they serve stuffs to eat ranging from dry chicken items to all chinese dry manchurians. But its better to settle down with chips,french fries and peanut masalas(best peanut masala around that part of Bangalore).

Kind of Music:
Strictly hard rock.It pays tribute to rock legends like Jim Morrisson, Beatles, Jimi Hendrix et al.
more of classic rock and hard rock and not much of metalhead.Theres also music from Metallica, Jon Bon Jovi, G'n'R, Doors, Dire Straits etc
The powerful Bose speakers do more than justice to the ecstatic music.Also you get to see some of their collections on VCD now and then.

Drinks:
Best go for Pitchers. the beer taste is pretty good but sometimes you feel its too watery.I think its KF drought only. Tequilla is the best option here to go along with its kind of music.
You can see many sipping mainly Vodka. Nothing much to write about girly cocktails and mocktails here.

Food:
dont eat anything except peanut masala,french fries and some manchurians.

Cost:
200-240 per Pitcher. Happy hours exists. Tequilla 120-140 each shot.
Group of four may be billed upto 800-1200 depending on what you buy.

Service:
Ok...its fast and neat. Havent came acroos any incidents of false billing and all here.
